Optimisation Engineer
Want to solve genuinely difficult optimisation problems at a high-growth AI startup? Join a highly technical team building AI that automates complex real-world decisions, replacing manual planning with intelligent, adaptive optimisation.
What you'll do:
- Build and scale the core optimisation engine.
- Solve complex scheduling, routing, and resource allocation problems.
- Work with Python, OR-Tools, CP-SAT, and optimisation algorithms.
- Collaborate with ML engineers to push the boundaries of what's possible.

What we're looking for:
- 3+ years in optimisation or operations research.
- Strong Python skills.
- Experience with constraint programming, MIP, CP-SAT, or metaheuristics.
- A passion for turning complex problems into production-ready systems.
