Company Description

Experian is a global data and technology company, powering opportunities for people and businesses around the world. We operate across a range of markets, from financial services to healthcare, automotive, agribusiness, insurance, and many more. Experian invests in people and new advanced technologies to unlock the power of data. We have an amazing team of 25,200 people in 32 countries.

Job Description

We're looking for an experienced Optimisation Manager reporting into the Marketing Director to join our Consumer Services business and play a leading role in establishing and growing Identity Plus (ID+), our identity protection subscription service, within our existing product ecosystem.

Sitting within a dedicated optimisation team, your role will span three key areas:

  • Driving the commercial performance of ID+ within our products.
  • Identifying and delivering opportunities to grow and optimise the end-to-end ID+ customer experience.
  • Acting as the commercial and experimentation specialist for the ID+ Product team.

Ultimately, your role is to help us understand who will benefit most from ID+, how we reach them, and how we establish ID+ as a valuable part of our wider product ecosystem - balancing growth with the needs of our customers and the performance of the wider business.

Identity Plus Performance & Trading

  • Monitor ID+ conversion, adoption, and commercial performance, working with our Performance Analyst to understand changes, identify opportunities, and respond to underperformance.
  • Communicate performance to the business, explaining what is happening, why, and what we should do about it.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
