We're looking for an Optometrist to join our friendly and forward-thinking teams in Horncastle and Louth. Whether you're seeking a part-time position based in Horncastle or a full-time role split across our Horncastle and Louth stores, this is an exciting opportunity to develop your career in an environment that truly invests in its clinicians.
This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about delivering outstanding patient care while continuing to grow professionally. We are committed to helping our Optometrists build rewarding and long-lasting careers, supporting everything from additional qualifications and specialist interests to leadership and partnership ambitions.
What's on Offer?
Flexible Working Options
- Part-time: 3 days per week based in Horncastle, including Saturdays
- Full-time: 5 days per week, with 3 days in Horncastle and 2 days in our larger Louth store
Salary & Benefits
- Salary between £60,000 and £65,000 FTE depending on experience and accreditations
- Fantastic personal performance bonus scheme
