Position: Optometrist
Location: Neath, Wales Salary: Up to £65,000 plus excellent bonus scheme Working hours: Full or part-time, school hours accommodated, flexible with Saturday commitment (no late nights or Sundays) Experience level: Open to newly qualified and experienced Optometrists registered with the GOC

The clinic is equipped with 5 test rooms and the latest clinical technology, including optical coherence tomography (OCT). The focus is on delivering excellent clinical care and exceptional customer service, with patient-led appointment timing (30 minutes even if needed).
Requirements
Applicants must be:
- A qualified and GOC-registered Optometrist
- Driven and passionate, with a commitment to our customer-focused culture
- Skilled in blending customer care and clinical expertise
- Detail-oriented with a passion for community engagement
- Able to collaborate effectively as part of the team
