About the Role

As an Optometrist, you’ll often play a crucial role in store management, with opportunities to develop your leadership skills. Through ILM courses, pre-registration supervision, and the Specsavers Partnership Pathway, we’ll support your journey toward becoming a store director if that’s your ambition.
Beyond clinical excellence, this role offers a supportive workplace where personal and professional growth are encouraged.

Requirements
You must be:
- A qualified and GOC-registered Optometrist with enthusiasm to thrive within our customer-focused culture.
- Capable of blending customer service excellence with professional expertise.
- Detail-oriented with a passion for community engagement.
- A strong contributor to our collaborative team environment.
