Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Why This Store / Location?

The store is located on the high street in Clacton-on-Sea, just minutes from the coast, serving a large local population with limited competition. Despite the quieter high street, demand is exceptionally strong, with 8 test rooms fully booked and no concern over future footfall.

Clacton offers an attractive cost of living, excellent value for housing, and a great lifestyle, particularly in the summer months. There are good transport links, including a direct train to London in around 90 minutes, and Colchester is just 20-25 minutes away for those wanting access to a larger town.

The store benefits from:

  • Strong community ties and long-standing customer relationships
  • A settled, loyal team with a strong “grown-your-own” culture
  • Strong and consistent NHS-led demand providing stable, recurring income
  • Established management structure already in place, allowing partners to focus on strategic growth
