Key Attributes Required
We’re looking for a motivated, commercially aware Optometrist who is ready to step into partnership and help take this already successful business to the next level.
You’ll ideally bring:
- Drive and ambition to grow and sustain a high-performing large store
- A collaborative, communicative leadership style
- Passion for developing clinical teams and future talent
- Appetite to maximise clinical excellence, FARs and EOS opportunities
- Willingness to be hands-on and visible within a mature, experienced team
- Flexibility to support key growth times, including 2 Sundays out of 6
