Position Overview

We are looking for an experienced Application Developer – Oracle eBS / Oracle Cloud Reporting to support the development and delivery of Oracle reporting solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong hands-on experience with Oracle BI Publisher, OTBI, and Oracle Cloud Reporting, ideally within HR/HCM and/or Finance environments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain reporting solutions across Oracle eBS and Oracle Cloud environments.
  • Develop and support reports using Oracle BI Publisher.
  • Create and enhance OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) reports and dashboards.
  • Work with business and technical stakeholders to understand reporting requirements and translate them into effective solutions.
  • Develop reporting solutions across HR/HCM and/or Finance modules.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve reporting issues and ensure the accuracy and reliability of reports.
  • Support report testing, deployment, documentation, and ongoing maintenance.
  • Ensure reporting solutions meet business, functional, and technical requirements.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Strong experience as an Oracle Reporting Developer / Oracle Application Developer.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle BI Publisher.
  • Strong experience with OTBI.
  • Experience developing reports within Oracle Cloud / Oracle Fusion environments.
  • Experience working with Oracle eBS (E-Business Suite) is highly desirable.
  • Experience across HR/HCM and/or Finance reporting.
  • Good understanding of reporting requirements, data structures, and report development processes.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
