Role: Oracle Application Lead

Work Location

Reading, UK (Hybrid 2 days onsite/week)

Contract (Inside IR35)

Candidate Profile:

  • At least 15+ years of experience working in Oracle ERP products
  • Good experience in leading and managing Oracle EBS Solution projects with hands-on Development and Architecture Experience
  • Knowledge of Integration (OIC) and HCM Payroll is an added plus
  • Experience in Upgrade projects is desirable
  • Good Client Management and Vendor Management skills
  • Experience in Leading a team and managing Onsite-Offshore coordination
