Job Description: AVP – Oracle Sales (EU & UK) + Oracle Alliances Lead

Role Summary

Responsible for driving Oracle revenue across Europe and the UK (50%) and building and monetizing Oracle alliances (50%).

Think of this role as:

  • Engine 1: Direct Sales → immediate revenue
  • Engine 2: Oracle Alliances → multiplier effect

If done well, alliances should generate 2–3x pipeline of direct sales.

1. Oracle Sales – Europe & UK (50%)

Primary Objective

Build a strong EU/UK Oracle revenue engine with focus on new logo acquisition and account mining.

Key Responsibilities

  • Pipeline Creation & Closure

    • Build and maintain 3x pipeline coverage
    • Drive Oracle ERP, HCM, OCI, EBS and Analytics deals
    • Own full sales lifecycle from hunting to closure
  • New Logo Acquisition

    • Target strategic industries in EU (BFSI, Manufacturing, Retail)
    • Create entry through transformation-led conversations, not small tickets
  • Account Expansion

    • Mine existing accounts for cross-sell opportunities
    • Drive Cloud transformation (EBS → Fusion, Data → Analytics, OCI adoption)

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
