Oracle Fusion Cutover Manager

12-Month Contract

London – 4 Days Per Week Onsite

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Cutover Manager to join a major enterprise-wide Oracle Fusion transformation programme. This is a critical delivery role responsible for leading all cutover planning and execution across a complex Oracle ERP and HCM implementation.

While the primary focus is cutover management, the successful candidate will also provide oversight of User Acceptance Testing (UAT) activities and ensure environments are aligned and ready throughout the deployment lifecycle.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Oracle professional who understands the dependencies between Oracle ERP and HCM and has successfully delivered multiple Fusion go-lives.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the end-to-end Oracle Fusion cutover strategy, planning, and execution.
  • Produce and manage detailed cutover plans across multiple business and technical workstreams.
  • Coordinate all cutover activities, dependencies, and readiness across ERP, HCM, and supporting teams.
  • Manage key business and technical stakeholders throughout the cutover lifecycle.
  • Provide oversight of User Acceptance Testing (UAT), working alongside the existing Testing Lead to ensure activities remain on track and aligned with programme milestones.
  • Coordinate UAT schedules, business participation, and testing readiness while ensuring appropriate QA and audit evidence is maintained.
  • Oversee environment readiness, provisioning, and synchronisation as part of the wider cutover process.
  • Identify and manage programme risks, issues, and cross-functional dependencies.
  • Report progress and readiness to programme leadership and governance forums.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
