Responsibilities
- Lead the overall relationship with Oracle across Cloud Technology, Applications, and Industry teams.
- Develop and execute a partnership strategy aligned with business growth objectives.
- Build strong relationships with Oracle executives, sales leaders, and partner ecosystem teams.
- Go to Market Leadership. Define and drive joint GTM initiatives, including solution offerings, campaigns, and industry plays.
- Identify and pursue co-sell and co-deliver opportunities with Oracle.
- Coordinate joint marketing activities, events, and thought leadership.
- Partner with internal sales teams to build pipeline influenced by Oracle.
- Ensure alignment on target accounts, deal strategy, and competitive positioning.
- Track and report on pipeline, revenue, and partnership KPIs.
- Collaborate with the Internal Ent/Sol Architects to ensure capability readiness for Oracle Cloud (ERP, HCM, SCM, OCI).
- Support certification planning, capability development, and investment in Oracle skills.
- Manage partnership governance, including contracts, partner tiers, and compliance requirements.
- Represent the organisation in Oracle partner councils, advisory boards, and strategic forums.
- Influence internal strategy based on Oracle’s evolving priorities.
