Job Specifications
- Develop and execute a growth strategy for Oracle Cloud offerings (ERP, HCM, SCM, CX, OCI).
- Identify, qualify, and pursue new business opportunities across target industries and accounts.
- Lead the end to end sales cycle in collaboration with account teams and solution architects.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline aligned with revenue targets.
- Oracle Partnership & Ecosystem Engagement.
- Act as the primary liaison with Oracle sales, alliances, and industry teams.
- Drive co sell motions, joint account planning, and collaborative deal strategies.
- Leverage Oracle programs, incentives, and marketing initiatives to maximise visibility and influence
- Go to Market Strategy & Execution.
- Shape compelling value propositions, solution offerings, and industry specific plays.
- Collaborate with marketing to create campaigns, events, and thought leadership.
- Analyse market trends, competitor activity, and Oracle product evolution to refine GTM strategy.
- Client Engagement & Relationship Building.
- Build trusted relationships with C suite and senior stakeholders across prospects and clients.
- Understand client challenges and position Oracle Cloud solutions that deliver measurable value.
- Support proposal development, presentations, and commercial negotiations.
- Internal Collaboration with practice leaders to ensure capability readiness.
- Provide insights to leadership on market demand, product trends, and investment priorities.
- Enable sales leadership with Oracle knowledge, messaging, and competitive positioning.
