Oracle Cloud ERP Change Lead

Start Date: ASAP
Location: Europe / Remote
Duration: Long-term opportunity (aligned with global programme timelines)

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud ERP Change Lead to join a major global enterprise transformation programme. Reporting directly to the Change Manager, you will play a hands-on role in driving business readiness, stakeholder engagement, and organizational adoption across a complex, multi-entity international landscape.

You will lead the execution of key change management deliverables—from conducting detailed impact assessments and defining user personas to mobilizing the global change network, delivering communications, and managing business readiness checkpoints leading up to SIT, UAT, and end-user training.

Responsibilities

  • Support the execution of the overarching Change Management & Business Readiness strategy and high-level plan across global workstreams.
  • Conduct and finalize detailed Change Impact Assessments and define user Personas across impacted finance, procurement, and business functions.
  • Mobilize, coordinate, and maintain the global Change Champion Network to drive local engagement and business readiness kick-offs.
  • Execute phase-specific Communications Plans across CloudMap, Detailed Design, Configure & Build, SIT, and UAT project phases.
  • Support the rollout of the end-to-end Training Approach and track readiness across diverse stakeholder groups.
  • Lead Business and User Readiness Assurance checkpoints across key milestone gates (SIT readiness, UAT readiness, and Training Go-Live readiness).
  • Collaborate closely with system integrators, process owners, and regional leaders to ensure seamless alignment and risk mitigation throughout the transformation lifecycle.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
