Salary negotiable based on experience
Define the enterprise-wide architecture for Oracle ERP Cloud (Financials, Procurement, Projects, SCM) and Oracle EBusiness Suite.
- The ability to develop a long-term ERP roadmap aligned with business strategy, transformation goals, and industry best practices.
- Ensure architectural consistency, scalability, and adherence to Oracle reference models.
- Lead end-to-end solution design for new implementations, enhancements, and global rollouts.
- Translate business requirements into robust functional and technical designs.
- Oversee configuration, extensions, workflows, and security models across ERP modules.
- Review and validate technical deliverables including integrations, reports, and custom components.
- Architect integrations between ERP and surrounding systems (HCM, EPM, CRM, banking, logistics, third-party apps).
- Define data governance, master data strategy, and data quality standards.
- Lead data migration planning, mapping, and validation activities.
- Establish design standards, development guidelines, and architectural governance for ERP Cloud.
- Evaluate quarterly Oracle updates, new features, and emerging technologies (AI, automation, analytics).
- Partner with finance, procurement, supply chain, and operations leaders to shape digital transformation initiatives.
- Collaborate with IT, security, and enterprise architecture teams to ensure alignment.
- Manage relationships with Oracle, system integrators, and technology partners.
- Provide guidance to functional consultants, technical teams, and business analysts.
- Support capability building through knowledge sharing, training, and best practice adoption.
- Hands-on experience at all levels.
