Oracle Cloud HCM Change Manager
Location – London
Working Arrangement – Hybrid, 3 days per week in London
Rate – £250-300 / Outside IR35
Duration – 6 months
About the Job
Oracle Cloud HCM Change Manager required for a 6-month transformation programme in London. You will take a hands-on role in driving organisational change, stakeholder engagement, and user adoption across Oracle Cloud HCM. The ideal candidate will combine strong change management expertise with practical experience delivering successful Oracle Cloud HCM transformations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the hands-on delivery of change management activities across an Oracle Cloud HCM transformation programme.
- Develop and execute change strategies, stakeholder engagement plans, and communication initiatives.
- Work closely with HR, business stakeholders, and technical teams to assess impacts and drive user adoption.
- Design and deliver training, workshops, and change materials to support Oracle Cloud HCM implementation.
- Identify and manage resistance to change, monitor adoption, and ensure a smooth transition to new HCM processes and systems.

- Proven experience as an Oracle Cloud HCM Change Manager or Change Lead across full-lifecycle implementations.
- Strong hands-on experience in organisational change management, stakeholder engagement, and user adoption.
- In-depth knowledge of Oracle Cloud HCM modules, HR processes, and the impact of cloud transformation.
- Experience developing change strategies, training programmes, communications, and business readiness plans.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to work independently in a hands-on delivery role.
- Availability to work 3 days per week in London on an Outside IR35, 6-month contract.
