Oracle Cloud HCM Programme/Project Manager (Looking for both)
Location: UK – Hybrid / Onsite
Start Date: September 2026
Duration: Long-term
Engagement: Contract or Permanent
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Cloud HCM Programme Manager to lead a major end-to-end Oracle Cloud HCM implementation in the UK.
The successful candidate will have a strong track record managing complex Oracle HCM programmes from initial design through implementation, testing, deployment and go-live.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end Oracle Cloud HCM implementation programme.
- Own programme governance, planning, milestones, risks, issues and dependencies.
- Manage multiple workstreams across the HCM programme.
- Coordinate with business stakeholders, functional leads, technical teams and implementation partners.
- Oversee design, build, integration, data migration, testing, cutover and go-live.
- Manage programme budgets, resources and delivery timelines.
- Provide clear reporting to senior leadership and programme governance boards.
- Drive delivery against agreed scope, quality and timelines.
- Manage third-party partners and key programme stakeholders.
- Ensure effective change management, communication and business readiness.

Required Experience
- Proven experience as an Oracle Cloud HCM Programme Manager.
- Strong end-to-end Oracle HCM implementation experience.
- Experience taking Oracle HCM programmes from initiation through to successful go-live.
- Strong understanding of Oracle Cloud HCM and its wider ecosystem.
- Experience managing complex, multi-workstream ERP/HCM programmes.
- Strong stakeholder management skills, including senior business and IT leadership.
- Previous experience managing systems integrators and/or external delivery partners.
- Excellent programme governance, risk and dependency management experience.

Location & Engagement
This is a UK-based opportunity with an expectation that candidates are open to working onsite as required.
The programme is due to start in September 2026 and is expected to be long-term.
Both contract and permanent candidates will be considered.
