Oracle Cloud HCM - Recruiting Consultant

Role – We are seeking an experienced Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) Consultant to support the implementation and transformation of Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM Recruiting within a complex enterprise environment.

This hands-on functional role requires strong expertise across Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) and Oracle Core HR, with responsibility for configuring and optimising end-to-end recruitment processes from job requisition through candidate selection, offer and hire.

You will work closely with business and technical teams across requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing and deployment, with particular focus on Candidate Selection Processes (CSP), Career Sites, Talent Communities, Recruiting Security and Core HR integration.

Key Responsibilities

Oracle Recruiting Cloud

  • Configure and support Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) based on complex business and recruitment requirements.
  • Design and configure Job Requisitions, Candidate Selection Processes (CSP), Job Offers, Recruiting Types, Phases and States.
  • Configure Career Sites, Candidate Experience, Talent Communities, Recruiting Roles and Security.
  • Support end-to-end recruiting processes from requisition creation through candidate hire.
  • Provide functional support, troubleshoot ORC issues and manage Oracle Service Requests (SRs) through resolution.

Solution Design & Integration

  • Gather business requirements and translate them into scalable Oracle Fusion HCM Recruiting solutions.
  • Design and support integration between Oracle Recruiting Cloud, Core HR and Workforce Structures.
  • Produce Business Requirement Documents and Functional Design Documents for configuration, integrations and enhancements.
  • Collaborate with technical teams across HDL, HSDL, integrations, BI Publisher and OTBI reporting requirements.
  • Apply Oracle best practices to improve recruitment processes and the overall candidate experience.

Testing & Deployment

  • Support system testing, UAT preparation, test script development and defect resolution.
  • Validate ORC configuration and recruitment data throughout implementation and deployment.
  • Support data migration validation and ensure recruiting configurations meet agreed business requirements.
  • Provide functional support across deployment and post-implementation activities.

Stakeholder & Transformation Delivery

  • Lead workshops with business stakeholders to capture requirements and recommend best-practice recruitment solutions.
  • Work closely with business, functional and technical teams to drive project deliverables.
  • Provide regular status and issue updates to project stakeholders.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of Oracle Recruiting Cloud implementation methodologies and solutions.

Key Skills

  • Strong implementation and configuration experience across Oracle Recruiting Cloud (ORC) and Oracle Core HR.
  • Deep hands-on expertise configuring Job Requisitions, Candidate Selection Processes (CSP), Job Offers, Recruiting Types, Phases/States, Career Sites, Talent Communities and Recruiting Security.
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes, covering requisition creation, candidate application and selection through offer and hire.
  • Proven experience integrating Oracle Recruiting Cloud with Core HR and Workforce Structures.
  • Strong experience across requirements gathering, solution design, business workshops, configuration, testing, UAT and deployment.
  • Knowledge of Oracle Recruiting Booster functionality and candidate experience enhancements.
  • Strong understanding of recruiting roles, security and enterprise recruitment configuration.
  • Excellent stakeholder management, workshop facilitation and client-facing consulting skills.
