Job Description:
Seeking an Oracle Cloud Integration Development Manager to join our team
This is a fully remote role with some travel to client sites. Require candidates to pass security clearance.

Are you a hands-on Oracle Integration leader who thrives on solving complex challenges while building high-performing teams?
We’re looking for an Oracle Cloud Integration Development Manager to play a pivotal role in a major Oracle Cloud transformation programme—leading the design, build, and delivery of integrations across a complex enterprise landscape.
This isn’t a traditional management role. You’ll co-lead a critical integration workstream, working side-by-side with an existing Integration Team Lead—sharing ownership, influencing direction, and driving delivery outcomes together. As well as getting involved in team management.

What you’ll be doing
Lead and deliver
- Drive planning, delivery, governance and quality across the integration landscape
- Align team priorities, manage workloads and ensure milestones are achieved
- Act as an escalation point for complex delivery or technical challenges
Stay hands-on with technology
- Design and build integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
- Translate business requirements into scalable, resilient integration solutions
- Lead on complex or business-critical integrations
- Define integration patterns, standards and reusable components
Shape solutions and quality
- Conduct design and code reviews to ensure best practice and consistency
- Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues across environments
- Support testing phases (SIT, UAT, performance) and post-go-live stabilisation

- Work closely with architects, functional leads, programme teams and suppliers
- Build strong relationships to manage cross-team dependencies
- Communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
Build and support your team
- Mentor developers and help grow capability across the team
- Foster an inclusive, collaborative and high-performing culture
- Drive continuous improvement in standards, tools and ways of working
What we’re looking for
Essential experience
- Strong track record leading or co-leading integration teams within Oracle Cloud / Fusion programmes
- Deep, hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC)
- Proven ability to work in shared leadership or matrix environments
- Expertise in integration approaches: APIs, REST, SOAP, event-driven and file-based
- Experience delivering within large-scale transformation programmes
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
Nice to have
- Integration experience across Oracle ERP, HCM, SCM or EPM
- Exposure to DevOps / CI/CD approaches
- Experience working in multi-vendor or system integrator environments
- Knowledge of security, data protection and governance in integration design
