Oracle Cloud P2P Support Consultant - Package Specialist - Oracle ERP Financials Cloud

🌟 About the Role

As an Oracle Cloud P2P Support Consultant, you will be responsible for providing functional support across the Procure-to-Pay lifecycle, resolving issues, assessing Oracle updates, and delivering system enhancements that improve business operations.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, functional teams, and technical specialists to maintain platform stability while driving continuous improvements and ensuring users gain maximum value from Oracle Cloud capabilities.

πŸš€ Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day support for Oracle Cloud Procure-to-Pay (P2P) processes
  • Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve functional issues across the P2P lifecycle
  • Review Oracle Cloud quarterly updates and assess business impact
  • Implement system enhancements, changes, and process improvements
  • Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and recommend solutions
  • Support testing activities, including regression and user acceptance testing
  • Ensure system configurations align with business requirements and best practices
  • Create and maintain support documentation and knowledge articles
  • Work proactively to identify opportunities for process optimization and operational efficiency

  • Proven experience supporting or delivering Oracle Cloud Procure-to-Pay (P2P) solutions within the UK
  • Strong functional knowledge of Oracle ERP Financials Cloud
  • Experience resolving production issues and supporting business-critical operations
  • Experience reviewing Oracle Cloud releases and implementing changes
  • Understanding of procurement, purchasing, supplier management, invoicing, and payment processes
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and within collaborative delivery teams
  • Experience with testing, change management, and continuous improvement initiatives
