About the Role

Are you a hands-on Oracle Cloud Payroll & Compensation Specialist looking for your next challenge? We are seeking an experienced consultant to lead and support end-to-end implementations, optimizations, and support for Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM modules—with a heavy focus on Payroll and Workforce Compensation. In this role, you will work closely with business stakeholders and HR/Payroll teams to translate business requirements into scalable Oracle Cloud solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design & Implementation: Lead full-lifecycle implementations, upgrades, and enhancements for Oracle Cloud Payroll and Oracle Workforce Compensation.
  • Requirements Gathering: Facilitate workshops to capture business processes, configuration requirements, and local payroll compliance rules.
  • System Configuration: Configure elements, fast formulas, balance definitions, payroll flows, compensation plans, eligibility profiles, and cycles.
  • Testing & Support: Prepare test scripts, lead User Acceptance Testing (UAT), support parallel payroll runs, and resolve go-live issues.
  • Integration & Reporting: Collaborate with technical teams on integrations (e.g., time & labor, general ledger, third-party benefits) and custom OTBI/BI Publisher reports.
  • Stakeholder Management: Act as a trusted advisor to HR Operations, Payroll Directors, and business leaders.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
