Oracle Cloud Lead PPM Consultant
An experienced Oracle Cloud Lead PPM Consultant to lead the design, implementation, and optimization of Oracle Fusion Project Portfolio Management (PPM) solutions for major UK construction and property development clients. The successful candidate will act as the functional lead across project lifecycle activities, working closely with client stakeholders, project teams, finance functions, and delivery partners to ensure successful deployment of Oracle Cloud PPM and its integration with Financials, Procurement, and Enterprise Performance Management solutions. This is a client-facing leadership role requiring extensive experience within the UK construction sector, including project-centric operating models, contract management, cost control, project billing, subcontractor management, and project financial reporting. The role requires regular onsite presence at customer offices in London and the ability to engage effectively with executive stakeholders, project directors, finance leaders, and operational teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Oracle Cloud PPM solution design workshops and business process discussions.
- Define and implement project structures, financial plans, budgets, forecasts, cost controls, and billing processes.
- Lead requirements gathering, solution architecture, configuration, testing, training, and deployment activities.
- Advise clients on industry best practices and Oracle Cloud capabilities.
- Design and implement integrations between PPM and Oracle Financials, Procurement, SCM, and external construction systems.
- Support project governance, risk management, scope control, and stakeholder engagement.
- Lead functional teams and mentor junior consultants.
- Oversee SIT, UAT, cutover planning, and hypercare activities.
- Support business development activities, solution demonstrations, and pre-sales engagements.
- Ensure solutions align with UK construction industry regulations and reporting requirements.

Skills & Experience
Oracle Cloud Expertise
- Minimum 8+ years Oracle project systems experience.
- Minimum 3+ full lifecycle Oracle Cloud PPM implementations as Lead Consultant or Solution Architect.

- Project forecasting
- Subcontractor management
- Applications for payment
- Retentions
- Variations and change control

- Demonstrable UK Construction industry experience.
- Ability to travel regularly and work onsite at customer locations in London.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Eligible to work in the United Kingdom.
