Oracle Fusion PPM Functional Lead

You will own Oracle Fusion PPM for some of the biggest names in UK end user community. Not a seat on a delivery team. The functional lead, in the room with the CFO and the project directors, deciding how their project financials actually work.

Why this one is different

Construction is one of the hardest verticals to get right in Fusion PPM. Applications for payment, retentions, variations, WIP, subcontractor management, cost value reconciliation. Standard PPM does not do any of that out of the box, which is exactly why the client needs someone who has already solved it rather than someone learning on their programme.

You will be the person who has been there before.

  • Genuine functional leadership, not configuration to someone else's design
  • Direct access to Finance Directors, CFOs, Project Directors and PMOs
  • Greenfield design work across Financials, Procurement and EPM, not maintenance
  • A team to lead and juniors to build

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
