Oracle Cloud Programme Manager
Oracle Cloud Programme Manager required to lead delivery across a major Oracle Cloud transformation programme already in flight. Working closely with senior stakeholders, delivery teams and implementation partners, you will take ownership of programme governance, delivery milestones, risks, dependencies and the coordination of multiple workstreams.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead the end-to-end delivery of a complex Oracle Cloud transformation programme, ensuring key milestones, deliverables and outcomes remain on track.
- Provide strong programme governance across multiple Oracle Cloud workstreams, managing dependencies, risks, issues, budgets and delivery priorities.
- Work closely with senior business stakeholders, programme leadership, SI partners and Oracle to maintain alignment and drive effective decision-making.
- Oversee and challenge delivery across functional and technical workstreams, ensuring teams remain focused on agreed scope, timelines and programme objectives.
- Drive the programme into its next phase of delivery, identifying areas for improvement, managing change effectively and ensuring a clear roadmap through to successful completion.

- Proven experience as an Oracle Cloud / Fusion Programme Manager delivering complex ERP transformation programmes.
- Strong understanding of Oracle Fusion Cloud programmes and the challenges associated with large-scale ERP implementations and transformation.
- Demonstrable experience managing multiple workstreams, delivery partners, dependencies, risks, issues and senior-level governance.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence senior business and technology stakeholders.
- Experience working with Systems Integrators, Oracle and third-party delivery partners, with a strong track record of driving programme delivery and holding teams accountable.
