Oracle Cloud Talent & Performance Lead

Location: Middlesex – onsite 3 days per week
Contract: Initial 6-month contract

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Cloud Talent & Performance Lead to lead the delivery and optimisation of Oracle Cloud Talent Management and Performance solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead the design, implementation, and ongoing optimisation of Oracle Cloud Talent & Performance modules.
  • Own functional requirements, solution design, configuration, and testing.
  • Work closely with HR, business stakeholders, and technical teams to translate business requirements into effective Oracle solutions.
  • Lead workshops, process reviews, and stakeholder discussions.
  • Manage integrations and dependencies with wider Oracle HCM modules.
  • Provide guidance on best practice, system functionality, and process improvements.
  • Support testing, deployment, change management, and user adoption.
  • Provide hands-on expertise and leadership throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Strong hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud HCM, specifically Talent Management and Performance.
  • Proven experience leading Oracle Cloud HCM implementations or transformation projects.
  • Strong understanding of Talent, Performance Management, Goals, and related HR processes.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Experience working across functional and technical teams.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical capability.
