Job Spec:

We are looking for an experienced Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) Developer to design, build, test, and support integrations between Oracle HCM Cloud, ADP, and other enterprise applications. This is a hands-on technical role supporting Oracle HCM implementation, migration, and acquired-entity onboarding initiatives. You will build reliable inbound and outbound interfaces for employee, organisational, and payroll-related data, working closely with HRIS, payroll, data, enterprise architecture, and business teams.

Key responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, test, deploy, and support integrations using Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
  • Build and maintain inbound and outbound interfaces between Oracle HCM Cloud, ADP, and other enterprise applications.
  • Develop API-based and web-service integrations using REST, SOAP, XML, and JSON.
  • Configure and support file-based integrations, extracts, SFTP transfers, and scheduled interfaces.
  • Build and maintain Oracle HCM integration flows for employee, assignment, organisational, and payroll-related data.
  • Support Oracle HCM data migration and conversion activities using HCM Data Loader (HDL/HSDL), where required.
  • Work with business and technical stakeholders to understand requirements, mappings, transformation rules, and interface dependencies.
  • Troubleshoot integration failures, data issues, authentication problems, and production defects.
  • Support SIT, UAT, deployment, cutover, go-live, and post-production stabilisation.
  • Produce clear technical design documents, interface specifications, mapping documents, and support documentation.
  • Collaborate with HRIS, Payroll, Data, Security, and Enterprise Architecture teams to ensure integrations meet technical and business requirements.

Required experience:

  • 5+ years of enterprise integration development experience.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).
  • Proven experience integrating Oracle HCM Cloud / Oracle Fusion HCM.
  • Strong experience developing and supporting REST APIs, SOAP web services, XML, JSON, and file-based interfaces.
  • Experience building inbound and outbound integrations between Oracle HCM and external systems.
  • Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and root-cause-analysis skills.
  • Experience supporting end-to-end testing, UAT, production deployment, and hypercare.
  • Ability to work directly with functional, business, and technical stakeholders.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
