About the Role
We are looking for an experienced Test Analyst – Oracle HCM Payroll with strong expertise in Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll (UK) testing and a good understanding of UK payroll processes. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in functional, integration, regression, and UAT testing within Oracle HCM environments.
Experience Required:
- Strong overall testing experience.
- Hands-on experience in Oracle HCM UK Payroll testing.
- Experience working with Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll implementations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Design, create, and execute test scenarios, test cases, and test scripts for Oracle HCM Payroll solutions.
- Perform functional, integration, system, regression, and UAT testing activities.
- Validate UK Payroll processes including PAYE, NI, pensions, statutory payments, and year-end processing.
- Identify, track, and manage defects through resolution.
- Collaborate with business users, functional teams, and technical teams to ensure quality delivery.
- Support testing activities across Oracle HCM modules including Core HR, Payroll, Absence Management, and Time & Labor.
