Role: Payroll Techno-Functional Consultant (Oracle HCM Cloud)
Location: Reading, UK (Hybrid – 1–2 days/week onsite)
Duration: 6 Months
Job Summary
We are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll Techno-Functional Consultant with strong Oracle UK Payroll implementation expertise. The ideal candidate should have delivered multiple end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementations and possess hands-on experience in Workforce Scheduling, Time and Labor, and UK Payroll.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Oracle UK Payroll implementation and configuration.
- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional solutions.
- Configure Oracle HCM Cloud Payroll, Time & Labor, and Workforce Scheduling.
- Perform payroll migration, customization, and integration with legacy payroll systems.
- Support payroll parallel runs, SIT, UAT, and production deployment.
- Produce functional and technical specifications.
- Work with business stakeholders, vendors, and offshore teams.
- Support Oracle application upgrades and patching.
- Manage project risks, issues, and reporting.

Required Skills
- 8+ years of Oracle HCM Cloud experience.
- Minimum 2 end-to-end Oracle HCM Cloud implementations.
- Strong Oracle UK Payroll experience.
- Experience with Workforce Scheduling.
- Oracle Time & Labor (OTL) implementation.
- Payroll migration and integration experience.
- Functional and technical (Techno-Functional) expertise.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
