The Role
As an Oracle CX Solution Architect, you will lead the design and governance of enterprise-wide Oracle CX Cloud solutions spanning Marketing, Sales, Service, Customer Data Management (CDM), Incentive Compensation, and CX Analytics. You will facilitate business and technical discovery workshops, translate business requirements into scalable solution architectures, conduct fit-gap assessments, and provide architectural leadership throughout implementation and transformation programs. The role requires strong expertise in Oracle CX Cloud applications, integrations, analytics, and enterprise architecture best practices.
Key Responsibilities
- Oracle CX Solution Architecture & Design:
- Lead business and technical discovery workshops to understand current CX processes, business challenges, transformation goals, and integration needs.
- Translate business requirements into scalable, configurable Oracle CX Cloud solution architectures across Marketing, Sales, Service, CDM, and CX Analytics.
- Design and guide implementation of Oracle Marketing Cloud / Eloqua capabilities including marketing automation, campaign management, customer segmentation, lead nurturing, lead scoring, forms, landing pages, and automated communications. Define integration approach between Eloqua and CRM / Sales Cloud / third-party applications. Support solution design for customer data platform, behaviour intelligence, campaign management, marketing automation, and customer loyalty / engagement scope areas as applicable from the CX Cloud landscape.
- Architect Oracle Sales Cloud / Engagement Cloud solutions across SFA, CDM, CLM, ICM, sales planning, sales performance management, and customer data management. Support sales process transformation across lead, opportunity, pipeline, quote, compensation, and account management processes.
- Architect Oracle CDM / Sales Cloud capabilities for customer master data, customer data governance, account management, and data quality processes.
- Provide architecture guidance for Oracle Service Cloud capabilities including service center, knowledge management, customer service processes, workspaces, workflows, rules, APIs, and integrations. Guide configuration requests, enhancements, product customization, administration, and integration design for Oracle Service Cloud. Support solution design for Intelligent Advisor and service effectiveness analytics where applicable.
- Design and configure incentive compensation plans, plan components, performance measures, rate tables, classification rules, assignment rules, credit rules, incentive formulae, flexfields, web services, reports, dashboards, and OTBI / data models. Collaborate with business and IT teams to design sales compensation solutions aligned to business requirements.
- Define CX analytics architecture for sales pipeline, win-loss analysis, lead prioritization, quote efficiency, subscription pipeline, campaign efficiency, account-based analysis, and service effectiveness. Guide reporting and dashboarding using Oracle CX reporting capabilities, OTBI, data models, and integration with enterprise analytics platforms where applicable.
- Define integration architecture across Oracle CX Cloud and external systems including CRM, ERP, billing, identity platforms, third-party applications, and legacy platforms. Design and review integrations. Ensure data flow consistency, security, scalability, and performance across integrated applications. Review and validate solution designs, configuration designs, custom developments, and integration deliverables from implementation teams and SI partners.
- Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend optimal use of Oracle standard capabilities while minimizing unnecessary customizations.
- Act as the technical and functional design authority through design, build, test, deployment, and stabilization phases.

Your Profile
Essential skills/knowledge/experience
- Overall IT / enterprise applications experience, preferably with large-scale Oracle CX Cloud transformation programs.
- Strong Oracle CX Cloud architecture experience across multiple CX modules such as Sales Cloud, Engagement Cloud, Marketing Cloud / Eloqua, CDM, Service Cloud, and Incentive Compensation.
- Full lifecycle Oracle CX implementation experience across Sales / Engagement / CDM / Service modules.
- Strong understanding of Customer Data Management, Marketing Automation, Sales Performance, and Service Management processes.
- Hands-on knowledge of Oracle configuration, customization, Application Composer, Groovy scripting, custom objects, process functions, workflows, rules, workspaces, and API-based integrations.
- Experience conducting requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, migration planning, testing support, and implementation governance.
- Strong integration experience using REST, SOAP, JSON, Web Services, Oracle APIs, and integration with CRM / ERP / back-office systems.
- Ability to communicate complex solution concepts to business stakeholders, IT teams, and leadership.
Desirable skills/knowledge/experience
- Oracle CX Cloud certifications in Sales, Service, Marketing, Field Service, or related applications.
- Experience integrating Oracle CX Cloud with ERP, EBS, billing, and enterprise systems.
- Strong knowledge of Oracle Database, SQL/PLSQL, data modelling, and reporting solutions.
- Experience delivering Oracle CX transformation programmes using Agile or hybrid methodologies.
- Knowledge of enterprise architecture, cloud integrations, customer engagement strategies, and regulated business environments.
