- Work on enterprise-scale finance transformation programmes.
- Collaborate with global stakeholders across finance, tax, treasury, and IT.
- Build expertise in Oracle Fusion Financials within complex transformation environments.
Experience, with strong hands-on Oracle CX Cloud architecture, solution design, implementation, integration, and transformation delivery experience. The role requires prior experience leading discovery workshops, translating business requirements into scalable Oracle Cloud solution designs, and acting as the design authority across implementation phases.
Role Summary
The Oracle CX CPQ/ Subscription Architect will be responsible for designing and governing an enterprise-wide Oracle CX Cloud solution across CPQ and Subscription Management. The architect will lead business and technical discovery, define target-state CX architecture, drive fit-gap analysis, guide configuration and integration decisions, and ensure scalable implementation. The role will support consolidation and modernization toward Oracle CX capabilities across areas including CPQ and Subscription Management.
Key Responsibilities
- Oracle CX Solution Architecture & Design
- Lead business and technical discovery workshops to understand current CX processes, business challenges, transformation goals, and integration needs.
- Translate business requirements into scalable, configurable Oracle CX Cloud solution architectures across CPQ and Subscription.
- Design Oracle CPQ Cloud solutions covering product configuration, rules, pricing, commerce process, document engine, and quote lifecycle. Define integration architecture between CPQ, Commerce, Subscription Management, Sales Cloud, ERP, and back-office applications. Support quote efficiency, pricing, approval, and order handoff processes.
- Design Oracle Subscription Cloud solutions for subscription lifecycle management and integration with front-office applications such as CPQ and Commerce and back-office billing / financial systems. Support business model design, subscription pipeline processes, and customer subscription visibility.
- Design and review integrations using REST, SOAP, JSON, Web Services, Oracle APIs, and Oracle integration patterns. Ensure data flow consistency, security, scalability, and performance across integrated applications. Review and validate solution designs, configuration designs, custom developments, and integration deliverables from implementation teams and SI partners.
- Define target-state architecture covering workflows, customer data flows, lead-to-order processes, quote-to-cash integration, and subscription lifecycle.
- Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend optimal use of Oracle standard capabilities while minimizing unnecessary customizations.
- Act as the technical and functional design authority through design, build, test, deployment, and stabilization phases.

Required Skills & Experience
Mandatory Skills
- Overall IT / enterprise applications experience, preferably with large-scale Oracle CX Cloud transformation programs.
- Strong Oracle CX Cloud architecture experience across CPQ and Subscription Cloud.
- Minimum 2–3 full lifecycle Oracle CX implementation experience across Subscription / CPQ modules.
- Strong understanding of Lead to Order, Quote to Cash, Order to Cash processes.
- Hands-on knowledge of Oracle configuration, customization, process functions, workflows, rules, and integrations.
- Experience conducting requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, solution design, migration planning, testing support, and implementation governance.
- Ability to communicate complex solution concepts to business stakeholders, IT teams, and leadership.
Preferred Skills
- Oracle CX Cloud certifications in CPQ Cloud.
- Experience working in Agile / Scrum delivery models.
- Exposure to large enterprise transformation programs involving legacy-to-Oracle CX migration, multi-vendor delivery, and cross-functional governance.
Leadership & Soft Skills
- Strong facilitation skills to lead business and technical discovery workshops.
- Ability to influence architecture and design decisions across business, IT, SI partners, and product teams.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making capability in complex transformation environments.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to articulate requirements into solution designs.
- Comfortable working in fast-paced, cross-functional programs with multiple business value streams.
