Data Lead for Oracle Fusion Transformation

We are looking for an experienced Data Lead to join a major Oracle Fusion transformation programme within a large, complex organisation.

This is an exciting opportunity to play a key role in a significant business transformation, supporting the implementation of Oracle Fusion across multiple business functions, including HR, Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain and Reporting.

With the first phase approaching go-live and the second phase progressing, we are looking for proactive, delivery-focused individuals who can take ownership, navigate complex governance environments and drive successful data outcomes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and coordinate data activities across a large-scale Oracle Fusion transformation programme.
  • Take ownership of data deliverables, ensuring alignment with programme milestones, governance requirements and business objectives.
  • Support data migration, cleansing, validation, reconciliation and readiness activities across relevant Oracle Fusion modules.
  • Work closely with business stakeholders, technical teams, functional SMEs and programme leadership to ensure data requirements are understood and delivered.
  • Establish and maintain appropriate data governance, quality controls and reporting processes.
  • Identify and resolve data-related risks, issues and dependencies, escalating where necessary.
  • Support go-live readiness, cutover planning and post-implementation activities.
  • Ensure data quality, integrity and consistency across business functions and systems.
  • Coordinate with multiple workstreams to manage data dependencies and support successful delivery.
  • Provide clear progress updates and reporting to senior programme stakeholders.

Reasons to use Rodeo

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?

Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.

Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Start with a chat, not a search bar

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
