Oracle SQL Developer

We are looking for an experienced Oracle SQL Developer to support application development, database programming, and production enhancements. The candidate will work closely with application developers, business analysts, and support teams to design efficient database solutions and ensure reliable application performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain Oracle SQL and PL/SQL components supporting enterprise applications.
  • Develop complex SQL queries, stored procedures, functions, packages, triggers, cursors, and views.
  • Translate functional and application requirements into efficient database solutions.
  • Perform SQL query optimization and performance tuning using execution plans, indexing, and other optimization techniques.
  • Design and modify database objects including tables, views, sequences, indexes, constraints, and synonyms.
  • Support application development teams with database integration and troubleshooting.
  • Analyze and resolve database, data integrity, and application performance issues.
  • Develop scripts for data migration, data validation, reconciliation, and deployment activities.
  • Perform unit testing and support SIT/UAT and production implementation activities.
  • Participate in code reviews and follow SQL/PLSQL coding and database development standards.
  • Work with application, QA, DevOps, and production support teams during releases and issue resolution.
  • Maintain technical documentation for database objects, interfaces, and application changes.
