We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Finance Business Systems Analyst (BSA) to join a London-based team supporting and enhancing an established Oracle E-Business Suite environment.
The role will focus on BAU support, system enhancements, business analysis and functional configuration, working closely with Finance stakeholders, business users and technical teams to ensure the continued stability and improvement of the Oracle EBS Finance platform.
The successful candidate will act as the bridge between Finance and IT, translating business requirements into effective Oracle EBS solutions and supporting changes from initial requirements through to implementation.

- Investigate and resolve functional incidents and user issues.
- Manage and deliver enhancements and change requests.
- Gather and analyse Finance business requirements.
- Translate requirements into functional solutions and specifications.
- Perform Oracle EBS configuration and functional setups.
- Conduct fit-gap analysis and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Support SIT, UAT and regression testing.
- Work with technical teams on reports, interfaces, integrations and fixes.
- Support month-end and year-end financial processes.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and system optimisation.
- Maintain functional documentation and support user training.
- Manage changes and releases through to successful implementation.

Required Experience
- Strong hands-on experience with Oracle EBS R12.
- Proven background in Oracle EBS Finance support, enhancements and configuration.
- Strong understanding of Finance and accounting processes.
- Experience gathering requirements and producing functional specifications.
- Strong incident, problem and change management experience.
- Experience supporting testing and UAT.
- Ability to work effectively with both Finance stakeholders and Oracle technical teams.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Comfortable working in a BAU environment while also delivering continuous improvement initiatives.
