Job Title: Oracle EBS SCM Functional Consultant
We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS SCM Functional Consultant with strong expertise across Oracle E-Business Suite Supply Chain Management modules. The successful candidate will play a key role in delivering, enhancing and supporting Oracle EBS SCM solutions, working closely with business stakeholders, project teams and technical consultants to drive process improvement and business transformation initiatives.
The role requires a consultant who can operate confidently at both business and system level, translating operational requirements into robust, well-documented Oracle EBS solutions and supporting them through to successful deployment and stabilization.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead business process workshops, requirement gathering and solution design activities.
- Configure, implement and support Oracle EBS SCM modules across multiple business functions.
- Prepare functional design documents, configuration documents, test scripts, and deployment plans.
- Perform fit-gap analysis and recommend best-practice Oracle EBS solutions.
- Support data migration, integration, system testing, UAT, and production deployments.
- Work with technical teams on customizations, extensions, and interfaces.
- Provide production support, issue resolution, and continuous improvement of recommendations.
- Engage with key stakeholders across procurement, warehousing, finance, logistics and operations teams.

Mandatory Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of Oracle EBS SCM implementation and support experience.
- Strong functional knowledge across Inventory, Purchasing, Order Management and Cost Management modules.
- Experience in end-to-end SCM business processes including Procure-to-Pay (P2P) and Order-to-Cash (O2C).
- Ability to produce functional specifications and work with technical teams on custom developments and integrations.
- Experience supporting SIT, UAT, cutover, and hyper-care activities.
- Strong stakeholder management, communication, and workshop facilitation skills.
