About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Oracle EBS Warehouse Management System (WMS) Consultant to join our team in London on a hybrid basis. In this role, you will play a critical part in optimizing, configuring, and enhancing our core Oracle EBS WMS footprint to support seamless warehouse and supply chain operations.
You will bridge the gap between business operations and technical architecture, delivering hands-on functional leadership and functional solution design.

- Process Optimization: Assess current warehouse operations—including receiving, putaway, picking, packing, shipping, and inventory management—to drive efficiency improvements.
- Integrations & Interfaces: Collaborate with technical teams to design and test interfaces between Oracle WMS, MSCA (Mobile Supply Chain Applications), 3PL systems, and third-party logistics/transportation platforms.
- Stakeholder Management: Work closely with business analysts, operations managers, and logistics leads to gather business requirements, draft functional specification design documents (MD050/CV040), and deliver UAT sessions.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.

Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.
