Oracle Enterprise Strategist - £700/day via Umbrella - 6 Month Contract - Newcastle - Hybrid (3 Days Onsite) - SCC Flex Contract

We are seeking an experienced Oracle Enterprise Strategist to support a large-scale Oracle Fusion transformation programme. This is an excellent opportunity for an Oracle Enterprise Strategist to shape ERP and EPM strategy, influence senior stakeholders, and drive business outcomes through enterprise-wide technology transformation.

Your Responsibilities

  • Define and maintain the Oracle ERP and EPM strategy, target-state vision, and transformation roadmap.
  • Advise senior stakeholders on Oracle Fusion capabilities, design decisions, and value realisation.
  • Ensure alignment across business processes, operating models, data, security, integrations, and enterprise architecture.
  • Provide strategic oversight across O2C, P2P, Record to Report, finance, and EPM processes.
  • Support architecture governance, design authority forums, and key programme decision-making.
  • Shape integration strategies across WMS and wider third-party application landscapes.
  • Drive opportunities for process improvement, automation, analytics, and continuous improvement.
  • Support programme governance, investment decisions, risk management, and roadmap delivery.

Requirements

  • Extensive experience in Oracle transformation programmes, including Oracle Fusion ERP and EPM environments.
  • Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion ERP, EPM, OCI/PaaS, OIC, reporting, security, data, and integration architecture.
  • Experience defining target operating models, enterprise solution strategies, and transformation roadmaps.
  • Broad process knowledge across O2C, P2P, Record to Report, financial management, planning, and performance management.
  • Experience leading architecture governance and influencing executive-level stakeholders.
  • Strong understanding of integration approaches involving WMS and other third-party platforms.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and strategic planning skills.
  • Oracle Cloud certifications or equivalent expertise would be advantageous.
