We're working with a highly respected organisation undertaking significant investment in its enterprise systems landscape and are looking to appoint an experienced Oracle ERP Analyst to play a key role in supporting, optimising and enhancing critical Oracle applications.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys combining technical Oracle expertise with stakeholder engagement, process improvement and business transformation initiatives.

You'll work closely with Finance, Technology and Operational teams, acting as a trusted Oracle SME while driving continuous improvement across the ERP environment.

The Role

  • Supporting and maintaining Oracle ERP applications
  • Managing incidents, service requests and problem resolution
  • Gathering and analysing business requirements
  • Identifying opportunities for process and system improvements
  • Configuring and testing enhancements
  • Supporting system upgrades, releases and projects
  • Working with third-party suppliers and internal stakeholders
  • Producing documentation, training materials and user guidance
  • Acting as a key point of contact for Oracle ERP users across the business

Requirements

We're keen to speak with professionals who have:

  • Experience supporting Oracle ERP systems
  • Strong understanding of Finance, Procurement or Operational processes
  • Excellent troubleshooting and analytical skills
  • Experience engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • A proactive approach to continuous improvement
  • Knowledge of Oracle Cloud, Oracle EBS or Fusion applications
  • Experience within a complex enterprise environment
