Senior ERP Consultant – Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials

We are looking for a Senior Consultant in Oracle with strong domain expertise in ERP Finance and Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials, covering General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Cash Management (CM), Fixed Assets (FA), and Lease Accounting. The role focuses on designing, implementing, and optimising Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials solutions, ensuring alignment with finance processes and business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end functional implementation of Oracle Fusion Cloud Financials, including requirements gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment.
• Analyse finance processes, identify gaps, and recommend Oracle Fusion improvements and best practices.
• Configure Financials modules including invoice processing, payments, supplier/customer management, cash reconciliation, asset accounting, lease accounting, approvals, tax, and integrations.
• Collaborate with finance stakeholders to translate business requirements into effective Oracle Fusion solutions.
• Prepare functional design documents, configuration workbooks, and process flows.
• Support data migration, including data mapping, validation, and reconciliation.
• Coordinate functional testing, including SIT and UAT, defect resolution, and business sign-off.
• Provide post-implementation support and drive continuous improvement.
• Work closely with technical teams on integrations, reports, and system extensions.
• Deliver user training and knowledge-transfer sessions.
• Support solution proposals, estimations, and pre-sales activities where required.
