Senior Manager — Oracle ERP Solutions Architect

📍 London, Manchester or Belfast | Hybrid

An architecture leadership role designing and governing Oracle Cloud solutions across large-scale enterprise transformation programmes.

You'll act as the architectural authority on complex transformation initiatives — helping clients define target operating models, shape enterprise architecture roadmaps, and design integrated Oracle Cloud solutions that deliver sustainable business value across Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain and Projects.

What you'll do

  • Lead Oracle Cloud solution architecture across Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain and Projects transformations
  • Design AI-enabled business processes that improve productivity, decision-making, compliance and performance
  • Shape and lead executive-level client conversations on strategic transformation roadmaps
  • Drive business development — solution shaping, proposal leadership, demonstrations and executive presentations
  • Provide architecture leadership across major Oracle programmes from strategy through deployment
  • Build trusted relationships with C-suite stakeholders and business leaders
  • Lead multidisciplinary teams across functional, technical, data and integration workstreams
  • Develop assets, methodologies and offerings that strengthen Oracle and AI-enabled transformation capability
  • Coach and develop architects and consultants across the practice
  • Contribute to thought leadership on Oracle Cloud, intelligent automation and generative AI

What we're looking for

  • Significant experience delivering Oracle Cloud ERP transformation programmes
  • Proven experience as Solution Architect on large-scale transformation initiatives
  • Strong understanding of end-to-end enterprise processes across Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, Projects and Workforce
  • Experience defining architecture principles and transformation roadmaps
  • Demonstrated ability to design solution architectures integrating Oracle ERP with business-critical platforms and operational systems
  • Experience leading multidisciplinary teams across complex delivery programmes
  • Strong client-facing skills, comfortable engaging senior executives
  • Experience supporting sales pursuits, proposals, solution design and commercial discussions
  • Practical experience embedding AI, intelligent automation, digital assistants or generative AI into enterprise processes
  • Understanding of enterprise integration, data architecture and analytics
  • Experience managing programme risks, architecture governance and solution quality
  • Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery methodologies
  • Willingness to travel to client sites

  • Experience designing AI-enabled finance, procurement, supply chain or workforce processes
  • Knowledge of Oracle AI capabilities, Oracle Digital Assistant, Oracle Analytics or Oracle AI Agents

  • Oracle certifications

  • Eligibility for UK Government Security Clearance
