Oracle ERP Solutions Architect
Oracle Finance Transformation | London, Manchester or Belfast
Up to £95,000 base + bonus
We’re working with a leading technology consultancy that is growing its Oracle practice and looking for an experienced Oracle ERP Solutions Architect to lead complex Finance transformation programmes.
This is a senior, client-facing role where you’ll combine Oracle Cloud ERP, business transformation and emerging AI capabilities to help organisations redesign and improve their Finance, Procurement, Projects and Supply Chain functions.
The Role
You’ll act as the architectural lead across large-scale Oracle transformation programmes, working with senior stakeholders to define target operating models, architecture roadmaps and integrated Oracle Cloud solutions.
You’ll be responsible for:
- Leading Oracle Cloud ERP solution architecture across Finance and wider enterprise functions.
- Designing and delivering transformation roadmaps and target architectures.
- Working with senior and C-suite stakeholders to shape transformation strategies.
- Integrating Oracle ERP with wider business, data and technology platforms.
- Embedding AI, automation and emerging technologies into enterprise processes.
- Providing architecture governance and technical assurance throughout delivery.
- Leading multidisciplinary teams across functional, technical, data and integration workstreams.
- Supporting business development, proposals, solution shaping and client presentations.
- Coaching and developing consultants and future leaders.

What We’re Looking For
- Significant experience delivering Oracle Cloud / Oracle Fusion ERP transformation programmes.
- Proven experience as a Solution Architect on large-scale Oracle transformations.
- Strong understanding of Finance processes, with broader knowledge across Procurement, Supply Chain, Projects or Workforce.
- Experience defining enterprise architecture, principles and transformation roadmaps.
- Strong understanding of Oracle ERP integration with wider enterprise platforms.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary delivery teams.
- Strong client-facing and senior stakeholder management experience.
- Experience supporting sales, proposals and solution design.
- Exposure to AI, intelligent automation, GenAI or digital assistants within enterprise processes.
- Strong understanding of data, integration, analytics and emerging technology.
- Experience working across Agile, Waterfall or hybrid delivery environments.
- Consultancy / professional services experience is essential.

Desirable
- Oracle Fusion Applications experience across multiple functional areas.
- Oracle AI, Digital Assistant, AI Agents or Oracle Analytics experience.
- Oracle certifications.
- Experience leading international or global programmes.
- Previous UK Government / regulated-sector experience.
