Oracle ERP Solutions Architect (Senior Manager)
Location: Bristol, London or Manchester (Hybrid)
Security Clearance: Must be eligible for UK Security Clearance
We are looking for an experienced Oracle ERP Solutions Architect to join a leading technology transformation practice delivering complex enterprise programmes for some of the UK's largest organisations.
This is an opportunity to work at the forefront of Oracle Cloud, AI and intelligent automation, helping organisations transform the way they operate across Finance, Procurement, Projects and Supply Chain functions. You will combine deep Oracle expertise with business transformation experience to design solutions that deliver measurable business outcomes.
The Role
As a Senior Manager, you will lead solution architecture across major Oracle Cloud transformation initiatives, working with senior stakeholders to define technology strategies, establish target operating models and deliver scalable enterprise solutions. You will act as a trusted advisor to clients, supporting transformation journeys from initial strategy and design through to implementation, while helping shape the continued growth of the Oracle capability.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Oracle Cloud ERP architecture across complex transformation programmes.
- Design integrated solutions spanning Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain and Project functions.
- Support organisations in adopting AI-enabled processes and intelligent automation.
- Define enterprise architecture strategies, principles and transformation roadmaps.
- Provide architectural governance and ensure solutions meet business and technical requirements.
- Work collaboratively with functional, technical, data and integration teams.
- Engage with senior business leaders to understand challenges and shape transformation outcomes.
- Support business development activities including proposals, client presentations and solution design.
- Contribute to developing Oracle methodologies, accelerators and innovative offerings.
- Mentor and support consultants, helping develop future technology leaders.

What We're Looking For
You will have a strong background delivering Oracle ERP transformation programmes and the ability to operate across both technical and business environments. Key experience includes:
- Significant experience delivering Oracle Cloud ERP implementations and transformations.
- Proven experience working as an Oracle Solutions Architect on enterprise-scale programmes.
- Strong understanding of business processes across Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain and Projects.
- Experience defining enterprise architecture and technology roadmaps.
- Ability to design solutions integrating Oracle ERP with wider business platforms and systems.
- Experience leading multidisciplinary teams across complex delivery environments.
- Strong stakeholder management skills with experience engaging senior executives.
- Experience supporting proposals, bids and commercial solution shaping.
- Knowledge of AI, automation or emerging technologies within enterprise processes.
- Understanding of integration, data architecture, analytics and digital platforms.
- Experience managing architecture governance, risks and delivery quality.
- Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall and hybrid delivery approaches.

- Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications.
- Oracle AI capabilities, Digital Assistant or Oracle Analytics.
- Intelligent automation solutions.
- Oracle certifications.
- Consulting or professional services background.
- Global transformation programmes.
- Ability to obtain UK Government Security Clearance.
