What You'll Do

As an Oracle Cloud ERP Senior Analyst, you will:

  • Support the design, configuration and delivery of Oracle Cloud ERP solutions across Finance, Procurement and Projects.
  • Work with client stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into Oracle Cloud solutions.
  • Participate in workshops, solution design, testing, data migration, cutover and go-live activities.
  • Support functional configuration and collaborate with technical teams on integrations and reporting.
  • Build trusted relationships with client stakeholders and work effectively as part of a collaborative delivery team.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, assets and reusable delivery accelerators.
  • Continue developing your Oracle Cloud expertise through project experience, certification and formal learning.

What We're Looking For

We're looking for experience in some of the following:

  • Experience implementing or supporting Oracle Cloud ERP or Oracle E-Business Suite.
  • Knowledge of one or more Oracle ERP modules such as Financials, Procurement, Projects or Supply Chain.
  • Experience gathering business requirements and supporting solution design.
  • Exposure to testing, data migration, integrations or system enhancements.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage both business and technical stakeholders.
  • A collaborative mindset with a willingness to learn and develop within a consulting environment.

Experience within a consulting environment is desirable but not essential.

Set Yourself Apart

  • Oracle Cloud certification, or a desire to achieve certification.
  • Finance or procurement domain knowledge.
  • Professional qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) or working towards one.
  • Experience working in Agile or project delivery environments.
  • A proactive attitude with a passion for learning and delivering value to clients.
