Oracle Finance Transformation Senior Manager
Career level: Senior Manager (CL6)
Location: London / Manchester / Edinburgh
Practice: Finance Reinvention Partner (Oracle)
About Finance RP
Within Accenture, the Finance Reinvention Partner helps clients improve financial performance around the CFO agenda — driving best-in-class performance, and sharper insight and benchmarking across the enterprise. In the UK and Ireland, our Finance RP practice brings together finance strategy and the platforms it runs on, including SAP, Oracle, Workday and EPM.
You'd help lead our Platforms transformation offering within the practice: a growing team delivering large-scale, business-led Oracle finance transformations, and building AI into how we deliver. It's a place to shape deep Oracle finance work and the offering around it, close to the CFO agenda it serves.
Why this role
This is a lead role for an all-Oracle finance architect — someone who can stand in front of a client and take an entire Oracle finance engagement from design through delivery. You'll own the finance solution across the Oracle estate, set the standard others build to, grow the accounts you work on, and shape how we deliver platform-led Oracle finance transformation.
Accenture is a leading solutions and services company. Our strategy is to be the reinvention partner of choice for our clients and to lead in the safe, widespread adoption of AI. We bring together our people, deep industry expertise and technology to deliver end-to-end outcomes for clients — and Finance is one of seven Reinvention Partners at the centre of that. Finance RP brings the CFO agenda to life for clients — stronger performance, sharper insight, and better control.
"Our clients want a partner that can help them reinvent—boldly, continuously and at speed… while continuously building the most client-focused, AI-enabled great place to work for our people—our Reinventors." — Julie Sweet, Chair and CEO
What you'll bring
Your Oracle expertise.
You know Oracle finance across the estate. You're deep in Oracle Cloud ERP Financials and strong across the EPM suite — Planning (EPBCS), Consolidation (FCCS) and enterprise data management (EDMCS) — or the reverse, with the range to lead across both. You bring authority over enterprise structure, chart of accounts and finance master data, and the breadth to cover the Oracle finance modules a typical implementation touches. Depth in Oracle Subledger Accounting, Integration Cloud (OIC), profitability (PCMCS) or Oracle's embedded Fusion AI and agents broadens where you can lead.

I’m in my final year doing Economics and I don’t know whether to apply for grad schemes now or do a masters first. What do you think?
Honest answer — it depends on where you want to end up. A lot of top grad schemes (Big 4, civil service, banking) don’t need a masters. Let’s look at the ones you’d be competitive for now, and we can decide if a masters actually adds anything.
Also worth knowing: most autumn 2026 applications are open now. Timing matters more than you think.
Start with a chat, not a search bar
Grad scheme, placement, apprenticeship? Not sure what you want yet — that's fine. Your agent talks it through with you and turns "I have no idea" into a shortlist.

Why you're a good match

Experience fit
Your summer at the bank plus your econometrics coursework map directly to the day-one responsibilities on this scheme — client modelling, market briefings, and deal support.
Only hits
No noise. No "maybe this fits." Just roles with a clear explanation of why they're right — and where to focus when applying.
Finance process knowledge.
Real depth across the finance process spine — Record-to-Report, Order-to-Cash and Procure-to-Pay — and the judgement to connect the Oracle solution to what the CFO cares about: performance, control, and reporting the business can trust. Strength across consolidation and group reporting, management reporting, and intercompany and transfer pricing, with an eye for finance controls by design.
Leading the solution and the programme.
You own the end-to-end Oracle finance solution and integration architecture and act as the finance design authority — making the calls that hold a programme together, from fit-to-standard and functional design through testing and deployment. You lead programmes and workstreams in front of the client, manage senior stakeholders with authority, and lead and coach the team around you.
Growing the work.
You grow the accounts you work on — spotting where Oracle finance transformation can do more for the client, and helping turn that into work. You also help build the wider Oracle finance pipeline, shaping propositions and supporting new business beyond your own accounts.
Ways of working.
We're increasingly an AI-first delivery team — bringing agentic tooling and orchestration into how we design, analyse and deliver, with our people owning the judgement and the outcome. Experience of AI-augmented delivery, or of Oracle's embedded Fusion AI and agents, is a real plus.
Who you are
You lead with authority and earn trust fast with senior finance and executive stakeholders. You run the room in a design workshop and bring people with you. You have the breadth to hold an entire Oracle finance engagement in your head and the critical thinking to keep it coherent under pressure. You have commercial instinct and a nose for where an account can grow. You're a genuine team player who develops the people around you, and you're known for sound, decisive calls.
Things that set strong candidates apart:
- Oracle certification
- A track record leading large-scale, multi-pillar Oracle finance programmes end to end
- A professional finance or accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent industry experience)
