Skechers Oracle Financials Analyst
The Oracle Financials Analyst will be the primary regional resource for Finance Systems support across the EMEA region.
This role is responsible for supporting Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP, Oracle EPM, and other applications within the Finance Systems portfolio.

You will be the key point of contact for EMEA end-users, coordinating support, driving enhancements, managing user provisioning, and partnering with global IT, finance stakeholders, and managed services partners to ensure systems operate effectively and efficiently across the EMEA time zone.

What We’re Looking For
- Proven progressive experience in finance systems, ERP support, or a techno-functional business analysis role.
- Proven hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP Financials.
- Experience with Oracle EPM Cloud applications (EPBCS, FCCS, ARCS, TRCS, NRCS)
- Experience with finance applications such as BlackLine, Concur, or Lucernex
- Oracle Cloud ERP or EPM certifications
- Knowledge of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Dell Boomi, or Alteryx
- Retail or consumer goods industry experience
- Knowledge of IFRS and EMEA regional GAAP requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Technology, or related field (or equivalent professional experience).
- Demonstrated experience supporting Order-to-Cash (OTC), Procure-to-Pay (PTP), and Record-to-Report (R2R) processes.
- Experience with user provisioning and security role administration in Oracle Cloud.
- Proficiency with ServiceNow or equivalent ITSM ticketing system.
- Experience working with or coordinating managed services partners in a regional or global support model.
- Willingness to work outside normal office hours to accommodate daily calls with EMEA stakeholders and service partners
- Proficiency in one or more regional EMEA languages is desirable.

This role is office based in our St Albans Head Office.
