12 MONTH CONTRACT - Oracle Financials Technical Developer
Financial Modules include but not limited to; iExp, iProc, AR, GL, AP, PO, FA etc. EBS TO ORACLE CLOUD OCI MIGRATION EXPERIENCE ESSENTIAL. £725-£775/DAY INSIDE IR35 PAY ON OFFER.
Location: Hybrid – London (3 days per week onsite)
Working within a collaborative and highly skilled team, you will support and enhance our Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) platform while contributing to the migration of our Oracle Financials estate from an on-premises environment to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI). This is a hands-on technical role offering a blend of business-as-usual support, system enhancement, and strategic project work.
We're looking for someone with strong Oracle EBS technical expertise, a proactive mindset, and the confidence to work closely with both technical and business stakeholders across the organisation.
Role entails the following
- Provide technical support and BAU operation across Oracle EBS modules, including iProcurement, iExpenses, Purchasing (PO), Accounts Payable (AP), General Ledger (GL), Accounts Receivable (AR), and Fixed Assets (FA).
- Develop, maintain and enhance Oracle EBS Release 12.2.x solutions, ensuring high levels of system availability, performance and stability.
- Play a key technical role in the migration of Oracle Financials from on-premises infrastructure to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI).
- Participate in technical analysis, solution design, development, testing, deployment and post-migration support.
- Work closely with Finance, Infrastructure, Technology teams, implementation partners and third-party vendors to deliver a successful cloud migration.
- Analyse existing customisations, interfaces and integrations, ensuring they are optimised and cloud-ready.
- Document current technical architecture, support processes and system configurations to improve long-term maintainability.
- Contribute to technical design reviews, impact assessments and migration planning activities.
- Identify opportunities to modernise, improve resilience and optimise Oracle Financials within the new cloud environment.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives across the Oracle Financials estate.

You'll be an experienced Oracle Financials Technical Developer who enjoys solving complex technical challenges while taking ownership of critical business systems.
You will have:
- Strong experience supporting and developing Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Release 12.2.x.
- Excellent technical knowledge across Oracle Financials modules, particularly iProcurement, iExpenses, Purchasing, AP, AR, GL and Fixed Assets.
- Experience delivering Oracle implementation or upgrade projects.
- Exposure to Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) migrations or cloud transformation programmes essential.
- Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- A collaborative approach and a strong sense of ownership for the applications you support.
