Hiring: Oracle Financials Functional Process Lead
Location: London
Work Mode: Hybrid – 1 day WFO per week
Contract Duration: 12 Months
Minimum Experience: 10+ Years
We are looking for an experienced Oracle Financials Functional Process Lead with strong expertise in Oracle Financials and Oracle Fusion Finance modules.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Oracle Financials functional solutions and business process consulting.
- Work closely with process consultants and business SMEs to understand and analyse business processes.
- Translate functional requirements into effective Oracle Financials solutions.
- Prepare and document configuration activities, including BR100 documentation.
- Support solution design, development, configuration and deployment across the consulting lifecycle.
- Define business problems, propose solutions and drive functional delivery.
- Ensure deliverables meet functional requirements and design specifications.
- Guide project teams on processes, deliverables and functional best practices.
- Support client training, proposal development and internal capability building.
- Contribute to project scope definition and value-adding consulting solutions.

- 10+ years of Oracle Financials experience.
- Strong Oracle Financials Functional experience.
- Strong Oracle Fusion Finance experience.
- Oracle Fusion Financials – AP (Accounts Payable).
- Oracle Fusion Financials – AR (Accounts Receivable).
- Oracle Fusion Financials – GL (General Ledger).
- Oracle Fusion Financials – TAX.
- Business Process Consulting.
- Functional Requirements Analysis.
- Oracle Financials Configuration.
- BR100 documentation.
- Solution Design and Functional Solution Development.
- Oracle Financials implementation and deployment.
- Experience working with Business SMEs and Process Consultants.
- Strong client-facing and stakeholder management skills.
