Oracle Functional Analyst Solutions (Oracle HCM)

This role will be based in North England, with minimal travel requirements. The expectation is that you can travel to our Manchester or Newcastle office a couple of times a month. This role does not require you to travel to client site.

Your responsibilities will be varied but could include:

• Translating business or design objectives to technical requirements
• Undertaking configuration in Oracle HCM Cloud and building of Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence reports for the functional area.
• Producing client facing deliverables such as but not limited to process documentation, configuration workbooks, functional specifications.
• Designing, developing, implementing, and maintaining technology applications.
• Helping clients transform their HR functions, through cloud technology solutions.
