Job Title: Oracle EPM / PBCS Consultant (Consultant to Senior Level)
Location: UK-Wide (Hybrid / Remote Options)
Role Type: Permanent
Salary: £50,000 - £90,000 DOE plus benefits
Overview:
Our client is a leading Oracle consultancy specialising in Enterprise Performance Management, helping organisations across a range of industries modernise their Finance functions through Oracle EPM solutions.
Due to continued growth, they're looking to appoint experienced Oracle EPM professionals across Consultant, Senior Consultant and Lead levels. These are client-facing roles offering the opportunity to work on large-scale Oracle EPM transformation programmes, with a particular focus on Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting.
You'll work closely with Finance and technology stakeholders to understand business requirements, design effective EPM solutions and support the successful delivery of Oracle Planning and EPM implementations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver Oracle EPM solutions across Planning, Budgeting and Forecasting projects.
- Work with clients to understand Finance requirements and translate these into effective EPM solutions.
- Configure and develop Oracle PBCS / EPBCS applications, including dimensions, forms, business rules and calculations.
- Support data integration between Oracle EPM and wider ERP, HR, Payroll and other enterprise systems.
- Contribute to solution design, technical architecture and implementation strategy.
- Work across the full project lifecycle, from requirements gathering and design through to testing, deployment and ongoing optimisation.
- Collaborate with Finance, IT and wider business stakeholders to ensure successful project delivery.
- Support best practice across Oracle EPM implementations and contribute to the continued development of the wider EPM practice.

Senior Consultants and Leads will also take ownership of workstreams, mentor junior consultants and provide technical and functional leadership.
Essential Skills and Experience:
- Commercial experience working with Oracle EPM / Oracle Hyperion.
- Strong experience with Oracle PBCS, EPBCS or Oracle Planning Cloud.
- Experience across financial planning, budgeting and/or forecasting.
- Good understanding of EPM application design, dimensions, metadata and business rules.
- Experience working with Finance / FP&A stakeholders.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to work directly with clients.
- Experience delivering Oracle EPM implementations or transformation programmes.
- A strong understanding of how EPM integrates with wider enterprise systems.

- Oracle Essbase experience.
- Calculation Manager / Business Rules.
- Smart View.
- FDMEE / Data Integration.
- EPM Automate.
- Oracle Fusion / Oracle ERP Cloud.
- Workforce Planning, CapEx Planning or Project Planning.
- FCCS, ARCS, PCM/PCMCS or other Oracle EPM Cloud products.
- Previous experience working within an Oracle consultancy, systems integrator or Big 4 environment.
- Oracle EPM certifications.
