Oracle Fusion S2F (store-to-fill) Functional Consultant
Why apply?
- Fantastic large scale, complex omnichannel fulfilment programme (Oracle Cloud transformation) where you will help to shape design of end-to-end process. This is one of the largest transformation programmes currently being undertaken in the UK retail sector.
- Strong peer and team support, this will be a client facing role, collaborating across supply chain (retail operations, SC, digital commerce, logistics and finance.
- Initially focusing on the pre-implementation phase, this is a long-term project, through to go live, BAU and change management.

You will
- Lead end-to-end Store-to-Fulfil process design, including store-based fulfilment, inventory visibility, and order orchestration.
- Conduct fit-gap analysis between business requirements and Oracle Fusion capabilities.
- Develop functional design documents, solution blueprints, and future-state process models.
- Facilitate business process re-engineering workshops to define standardised fulfilment processes.
- Define store fulfilment operating models, including governance, control points, service levels, and exception handling.
- Configure and define foundational setups such as inventory organisations, fulfilment locations, sourcing rules, and shipping methods.
- Collaborate with Retail Operations, Supply Chain, Logistics, Finance, and Digital teams to ensure end-to-end alignment.
- Define integration requirements across Oracle Fusion, eCommerce platforms, POS systems, WMS, and logistics systems.
- Support data readiness and migration strategies, including store master data, inventory data, and fulfilment parameters.
- Identify risks, dependencies, and transformation impacts to support governance and decision-making.

Your Experience
- Must have strong experience in Oracle SCM, Order Management, or Inventory functional consulting, with experience of at least 2 successful previous programme deliveries.
- Hands-on Oracle Fusion Order Management, Inventory, and fulfilment processes experience.
- Deep understanding of store fulfilment models (ship-from-store, click-and-collect, and omnichannel fulfilment).
- Experience of process standardisation while delivering transformation programmes involving retail or supply chain.
- Strong knowledge of inventory visibility, sourcing, fulfilment orchestration, and shipping processes.
- Experience conducting fit-gap analysis, process blueprinting, and functional documentation.
- Hands-on experience defining inventory and fulfilment structures and operating models.
- Familiarity with integration across Oracle Fusion, POS systems, WMS, eCommerce platforms, and Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC).

Please note this is a Hybrid role, although based in Nottingham you will be on site 2-3 times per month (expenses for which will be met).
