Oracle Functional Delivery Lead - £550/day via Umbrella - 6 Month Contract - Newcastle - Hybrid - SCC Flex Contract
We are seeking an experienced Oracle Functional Delivery Lead to support a major Oracle Fusion ERP and EPM transformation programme. This is an excellent opportunity for an accomplished Oracle Functional Delivery Lead to lead end-to-end functional delivery, drive business process transformation, and establish robust production support and AMS capabilities within a complex enterprise environment.
Your responsibilities as the Oracle Functional Delivery Lead:
- Lead functional delivery across Oracle Fusion ERP and EPM workstreams from design through deployment.
- Coordinate functional leads and consultants across O2C, P2P, Finance, EPM and related enterprise process areas.
- Drive end-to-end process design, ensuring cross-module and cross-system dependencies are understood, managed and resolved.
- Facilitate workshops and translate business requirements into scalable functional solutions and configuration decisions.
- Champion Oracle standard functionality and challenge unnecessary customisation.
- Own functional design quality, traceability and readiness across configuration, data, integrations, reporting and controls.
- Lead functional interface design activities, including source and target ownership, validation rules, exception handling, reconciliation controls and operational support handover.
- Work closely with technical teams supporting integrations with WMS and other enterprise applications.
- Lead service transition activities from deployment into production support.
- Define and govern hypercare models, exit criteria and knowledge transfer activities.
- Maintain ownership of SLA and KPI governance across support operations.

As a successful Oracle Functional Delivery Lead, you will have:
- Proven experience as an Oracle Functional Delivery Lead or similar leadership role delivering large-scale Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP implementations.
- Experience delivering at least one full lifecycle Oracle Fusion ERP/EPM implementation or major rollout.
- Strong knowledge across Oracle Fusion Finance and Supply Chain processes including O2C and P2P.
- Experience across GL, AP, AR, Cash Management, Fixed Assets, Tax, Expenses, SLA, Procurement and Projects/PPM where applicable.
- Strong understanding of Oracle EPM including Planning, FCCS, ARCS, Narrative Reporting and Smart View.
- Experience leading fit-to-standard workshops, process design and configuration governance activities.
- Strong knowledge of data migration, reporting, security, controls and testing dependencies.
- Experience designing and managing complex integrations, including awareness of FBDI, ADFdi, Oracle Integration Cloud, APIs and file-based interfaces.
- Experience with OTBI, BI Publisher, EPM reporting and reporting catalogue governance.
- Oracle Fusion Cloud certifications in relevant functional areas would be advantageous.
