Oracle Fusion Finance Business Analyst | London / Hybrid | 2 year FTC
We’re currently supporting a large-scale international organisation with the delivery of a major Oracle Fusion Finance transformation, and we’re looking for an experienced Finance Business Analyst to join the programme. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who combines strong finance process knowledge with hands-on experience delivering Oracle Fusion ERP programmes.
You’ll be involved across the full project lifecycle, including:
- Working with Finance stakeholders to understand, document and validate business requirements
- Supporting the design and implementation of future-state finance processes
- Working alongside functional leads and implementation partners to ensure solutions align with best practice
- Producing process maps, functional documentation, specifications and supporting materials
- Supporting data migration activities, including data cleansing, validation and reconciliation
- Planning and supporting SIT, UAT and end-to-end testing
- Managing defects, issues and follow-up actions through to resolution
- Supporting finance reporting requirements and working with relevant reporting tools
- Developing user guides, training materials and other business readiness documentation
- Supporting workshops and stakeholder sessions across different business areas and locations
- Tracking risks, dependencies and issues and escalating where appropriate

What we're looking for
We’re particularly interested in people who have worked on Oracle Fusion Finance transformation programmes and have experience supporting or leading a finance process/workstream such as: P2P | O2C | R2R | AP | AR | GL | Projects | Fixed Assets

You should ideally have:
- Hands-on experience with Oracle Fusion / Oracle Cloud ERP
- Previous experience working within a Finance function or finance transformation environment
- Experience supporting ERP implementation, design or deployment programmes
- Strong understanding of finance processes and how they translate into ERP solutions
- Experience with requirements gathering, process mapping and functional documentation
- Exposure to data migration and reconciliation activities
- Experience supporting SIT, UAT and/or end-to-end testing
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- The ability to work comfortably with both business users and technical/implementation teams
